Draft of 14 October 2026

1. Who runs this website

As required by article 10 of Spain’s Law 34/2002 on information society services (LSSI), these are the details of the owner of clasesconlea.es:

Activity: private English lessons, in person, in Álora (Málaga), for children, teenagers and adults, including preparation for Cambridge exams. [CONFIRMAR CON LA GESTORÍA: epígrafe del IAE y si hace falta indicar algún otro dato de registro.]

2. What this website is for

The home page describes the lessons and how to get in touch. The lessons area, which needs a username and password, is only for students and the teacher: it holds the tests, games and material from each lesson.

3. Using the website

Visitors agree to use the website in good faith and lawfully. Each student username and password is personal and must not be shared; an account may be closed if it is misused.

4. Content and intellectual property

The texts, the drawings of Lea, the design of the website and the lesson material belong to the owner or are used with their authors’ permission. They may not be copied, distributed or changed without permission, except for students’ personal use as part of their lessons.

The names of Cambridge exams (such as A2 Key or B2 First) are trade marks of their owners and are mentioned only to describe levels; this website has no official link with Cambridge.

5. Links to other websites

Some links lead to third-party services, such as WhatsApp or English practice websites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and the owner is not responsible for their content.

6. Liability

Care is taken to keep the information correct and up to date and the website working without interruption, but this cannot be guaranteed at all times. The owner is not liable for harm caused by misuse of the website or by failures outside her control.

7. Data protection and cookies

How personal data is handled is explained in the privacy policy, and what is stored in your browser in the cookie policy.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will go to the courts that the law designates; where the person bringing a claim is a consumer, those of their home address.
